Step 1: Download

Step 1: Download the US Installer

  1. Ensure that you have CaseWare Working Papers version 2015 or higher installed. If your office has not yet upgraded to Working Papers 2015, contact CaseWare Customer Service at 416-867-9504 or info@caseware.com. If you have installed Working Papers 2015, but require the current build, you can download it from here.
  2. Use the link provided to you by CaseWare Customer Service to download the program from our Exavault system. If you have not received this link, you can contact CaseWare Customer Service at info@caseware.com.
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Once you access the download site, we recommend that you download the .exe file to a local drive on your computer.
  5. Double-click the .exe file to launch the installation.

Step 2: Install

Step 2: Install the Template

  1. Using My Computer or Windows Explorer, locate .exe file downloaded from the link provided by CaseWare Customer Service. Double-click the installation file to begin installation.
  2. Click Next on the Welcome screen to continue.
  3. Accept the license agreement and click Next.
  4. Set the path for the Program folder and the Document Library and click Finish.
  5. Click OK to overwrite the previous installation.
  6. Progress information is provided while the installation is running.
  7. A dialog will appear to indicate the successful completion of the template installation. Click the Close button to continue. There will be separate installation screens for each template selected for installation.
