Saving a Document as a Milestone

Milestones are not created every time you save the document; instead you need to save a selected document as a milestone.

  1. While in the document you want to save as a milestone, on the Document tab, click Save Milestone.
  2. In the Comment box, enter a description to outline what is specific to this version. This description will be used to identify the document when managing milestones or performing comparisons of the document versions.
  3. Click OK.

Some of the options for this feature are not available in Working Papers with SmartSync.
