What's New

The latest version of Financials is 14.00. For more information, see What's New in Financials 14.00.

Initial Template Customization

If you are the firm author who is responsible for creating the firm template(s) for your engagement, the topics in this section will help you get started working with Financials.

Organization Standards

In Financials, you can set the organization standards for the financial statements from within the CL - organization standards document.

Branding

As part of defining the standards for the client financial statements; there are options to help brand the financial statements for your organization. Template authors can manage the look and feel of the financial statements so that a consistent deliverable is provided across financial statements. Performing these tasks at the template level not only provides consistent deliverables, but reduces the amount of work that needs to be done in the client financial statements.

Content Creation and Editing

The topics in this section provide information about creating and editing the content that is contained in Financials.

Financial Statements and Worksheets

The financial statements document included with the template allows you to define and preview what the engagement team will work with when they create their engagement file.

Repackaging and Distribution

If any customizations have been made to the master Financials template, the Repackage function must be run and the resulting template package (.cwp) file must be distributed to your Users and installed on their workstations.
