Sorting Columns in an Automatic Document

  1. Click a column heading to quickly sort a column and click again to reverse the sort order.
  2. Click the drop-down menu and select Custom Sort to customize sorting behavior and save your sort settings.If you add sort settings, these settings are applied globally across the entire file and will be printed in this order as well.

Note: Document sorting will reset if any changes are made to the list of shown columns, the document type/format, foreign exchange, sort (i.e. report order) and consolidated view.
