Cloud Tab
The Cloud tab is used to manage the sync status of files located on the Cloud, resolve sync conflicts, set up review on the go, repair sync files, view engagement and entity properties, and share cloud security permissions.
When not integrated with CaseWare Cloud, the Cloud tab changes to the SmartSync tab. See SmartSync Tab for more information.
Note: Visible commands vary based on the currently selected document.

Work Offline
Temporarily disconnects the local copy from the parent copy.
Replace Server Copy
Replaces the server copy of the client file with the local copy. For more information, see Replacing the Server Copy.
Properties
Opens the Synchronization Properties dialog.
Show Versions
Opens the Synchronization Versions dialog.
Show Conflicts
Opens the Synchronization Conflicts dialog.
Setup
End
Ends a Review on the Go session.
Delete Copy
Deletes the local sync copy. For more information, see Managing Sync Copies.
SmartSync Repair
Opens the SmartSync Repair dialog to repair sync errors, including missing or corrupted sync events.
Engagement
Opens the Engagement Properties in CaseWare Cloud on the embedded browser. Engagement Properties displays information about the entity, general details about the engagement, assigned people, discussions, tasks, history, and a summary of SmartSync copies.
Entity
Opens the Entity Properties in CaseWare Cloud on the embedded browser. Entity Properties displays general information, discussions, and files on the entity.
Files
Opens the Files app in CaseWare Cloud on the embedded browser. The Files app is a secure document repository for managing and accessing your files.
Share
Opens a Share dialog in CaseWare Cloud on the embedded browser, allowing to control security settings for the engagement.
