Tracker provides an efficient solution for managing your Working Papers client files. Instead of sorting through countless files in different locations, you can quickly view and access client files through one convenient interface.

Tracker is very flexible and you can customize views so that the data most relevant to you is easily accessible.

You can manage your view to change the look and feel of the appearance which best suits you.

In Tracker, you can manage your files in the following ways for each view.

The Tracker interface is called the Engagements Window. The Engagements window is composed of a toolbar and four panes.

In Tracker, you can quickly access a variety of commands by clicking the shortcut buttons on the toolbar.

In the Engagements window, you can see and manage client files. If you want, you can customize the view so only the information most pertinent to you is displayed. For example, you can sort rows or hide columns

In the Details pane, you can view the details of a file that is selected in the Engagements pane.

When Tracker is opened, you can click a view to see a list of engagements in the Engagements pane. All the client engagement files (.ac and .ac_) that you have accessed through Working Papers are displayed.

You can perform the following in the views pane.

The output pane generates messages and warnings about your engagement files. Use this pane to monitor duplicate files or SmartSync files added to the queue for synchronization.
