If a risk, control, or reportable item is removed using the right-click menu, any associated linkage remains.
Workaround: Delete risks, controls, and reportable items using the Delete dialog instead of the right-click menu.

Custom views do not carry over when creating an update patch from an existing copy of the template and applying it to an older version of the template. (e.g. Applying a 19.00 patch to a 17.00 template)

Custom toolbar buttons move from their previous location when patching to Audit 19.00 from an older version.

When the audit response type is set to an option other than checkbox and the significant risk checkbox is enabled, warnings will not clear.
