Adjusting Cell Height
- Select the cell or column of cells by positioning your insertion point over the first cell in the column, holding Alt and dragging over the desired cells. A red frame will appear around the selected cells indicating they are selected.
- On the Home tab, in the Content group, click Cell and then click the appropriate type tab, such as Numeric.

From the Cell Height pulldown, select:
Variable
The cell height expands as necessary to accommodate larger font sizes.
Exactly
Sets the cell height at a fixed size.
At least
The height of the cell will expand as necessary to accommodate larger font sizes, but will be no smaller than the height specified.
At Most
The cell will not expand past the height specified.
- Type the height of the cell (if required) in the Cell Height box to the right.
