Filtering Annotations in Automatic Documents

You can filter the annotations to remove tickmarks or references by using the dBase Filter field in the Automatic Document Properties dialog.

  1. Right-click the document in the Document Manager. The Automatic Document Properties dialog opens.
  2. In the dBase Filter box, type:

    INANN("R", "", "AM") = 0 & INANN("T","", "AM") = 0

    Where...

    • R represents Reference and T represents Tickmark
    • " " represents a blank ID to return all tickmarks and references.
    • AM represents the alias of the database. (AM for Trial Balance and GL for Journal Entries)
  3. Click OK.
