Cyclic roll forward reference detected

Warns that a cell being moved to the new file is in a cyclic calculation. That is the cell number in the new year's file, was referenced in the calculation to get the value of the cell in the previous year's file.

To correct the problem:

Resolve the cyclic calculation in the previous year's file before rolling forward.
