Issue Views Dialog
Use this command to customize the issue views shown in the Issues Pane. A view is a way of filtering issues to make them easier to manage and to use. Four default tabs are displayed:
All Issues |
Sorted to show all issues |
My Outstanding Issues |
Sorted to show only the outstanding issues of the current user |
Uncleared Issues |
Sorted to show only the uncleared issues of the document |
Issues by Type |
Sorted by type of issue |
Selected Document Issues |
Sorted by document number associated with them |
View list
Views currently displayed are marked with . To prevent a view from displaying, clear the check box next to its name.
New
Add a new view.
Edit
Edit the selected view. The Edit View dialog will launch.
Copy
Copy the selected view. The program creates a new view with a unique identifier. Copied views can then be edited as desired.
Delete
Delete an existing view. Default views cannot be deleted. To hide a default view, uncheck the box next to its name.
Defaults
Remove all customized views and return to the program defaults.
