Knowledge Library Version Update dialog

Displays information about the knowledge library entry when being saved and allows the user to set a version number.

Knowledge Library Entries

List all the Library Entries in the current document.

New Version

Version number is numeric with 3 decimal places. Use the spin control to increment the version number by .01, or type an alternative version number.

Current version

Displays the current version number for the entry.

Section label

Displays the section label assigned to the Knowledge Library entry.

Owner

Displays the ownership of the current entry. Only those users with ownership of a knowledge library entry can make changes to it.

Status

Shows the Knowledge library entry status.

Do not show this dialog for the file in this session

If this check box is not selected, this dialog shows each time the knowledge library is saved. If selected, the dialog will not show again until the file is reloaded.
