Creating Paragraph Exclusion Conditions

Paragraph exclusion conditions stipulate that when linking portions of Knowledge Library documents to the current document, certain labeled areas are only inserted if the condition evaluates to true.

1. On the Home tab, click Paragraph, and then click the Library tab.

   Note: This tab is only available when in a labeled section.

2. In the Exclusion condition box, enter a condition to control the insertion of the current section into the document.

   For example: c176<>1 determines that if cell number c176 in the current document is not equal to one, the section will not be copied to the current document.
