Assign View to Groups Dialog

Use this dialog to assign selected views to groups.

Views can also be assigned to groups by dragging and dropping them onto the group in the Define views. To Assign a view to more than one group, hold down the shift key while dragging the view to the group to copy rather than move the view.

View to Assign

Displays the view selected in the Define Views dialog.

Existing Groups

Lists the existing groups in the Knowledge Library index. To assign the selected view, click the check box next to the desired group(s).
