KLI Custom Properties Dialog

Use this dialog to view and manage custom properties for the Knowledge Library Index.

Custom Properties

Lists any existing custom properties.

Add

Select to create a new custom property. Custom property names are case sensitive; for example CaseView will allow the creation of both ABC and abc.

Delete

Select to delete the custom property highlighted in the Custom Properties list. Note you can delete only properties that you have ownership of, that is, custom properties you have created. The delete button is active only when a property you have ownership of is selected.

Modify

Select to modify the custom property highlighted in the Custom Properties list. Note you can modify only properties that you have ownership of, that is, custom properties you have created. The modify button is active only when a property you have ownership of is selected.
