Show Properties Tab - New View Definition Dialog

In this tab you set the properties that display and their order in the custom view.

Available properties

Lists all the Knowledge Library Index properties, including any custom properties, not currently displayed in the view. To add properties to the current view, highlight an item in this list and use the $images\kli_right_arrow_button_shg.gif$ button to move it to the Properties Shown list.

Properties Shown

Lists all the Knowledge Library Index properties, including any custom properties, currently included in the view. To remove properties from the current view, highlight the item in this list and use the $images\kli_left_arrow_button_shg.gif$ button to move it to the Available Properties list.

In the view, properties display in the same order as they appear in this list. The top property displays in the first left column in the view, the second from the top in this list is in the second left-most column, etc. To change the order in which a properties displays in the view, highlight it and use the $images\kli_up_button_shg.gif$ and $images\kli_down_button_shg.gif$ buttons to move it into proper order.
