Sort Tab - New View Definition Dialog

Use this tab to sort items in the view by properties. Note: The properties the view is sorted by do not have to be displayed in the view itself.

Sort items by

Select the first property to sort the view by from the drop-down list of properties. Select whether you want the sort to be done in ascending or descending order.

Then by

If desired, select up to three more levels of properties to sort the view by and indicate whether each of these sorts should be done in ascending or descending order.

Clear All

Click to remove all existing sorting rules.
