Applying a Global Font Change

  1. On the Tools tab, click Global Font Change.
  2. Under Change all fonts with typeface and size, in the left box, select the existing font you want to change. In the right box, select the size of font you want to use. Select All sizes if you want to replace all instances of the font, regardless of size.
  3. Under To typeface and size, in the left box, select the new font you want to apply to the document. If you want to override the font, and not the font’s existing size, select Use old size from the right box.
  4. Click OK.

  5. Repeat steps 1 through 4 for all document fonts you want to modify.

Notes

  • Changing fonts globally affects all text, styles, and cells using the original font.
