About Style Modification

To change the appearance of a paragraph in a document, just change the formats of the style applied to the paragraph. Any paragraph formatted with that style is instantly updated with the new formatting. Alternately, it is possible to modify the attributes of a style by using the Style Sheet command. Styles that have the "Design Mode only" check box checked can be edited in Design Mode only.
