Creating A CaseView Document From Within CaseView

  1. On the File tab, click New or click on the Quick Access toolbar.
  2. Under Create how, select to create the file based on system defaults or using an existing document as a template.

    If selecting the second option, the new file contains all the content, security configurations and settings of the original file. Browse and select the CaseView file (*.cvw) to be copied.

  3. Click OK. The new document appears in a new window.

Note: Before continuing with the document, we recommend saving the new CaseView document first.
