Manual Paragraph Sort Dialog

Use this command to rearrange selected paragraphs manually.

Para. #

Represents the numbering order of the paragraphs. As you move paragraphs the paragraph numbering moves along accordingly. Use the number as a guideline to determine the ordering of the paragraphs in the document.

Paragraph text

Displays the first line of every paragraph in the selection or sorting label. Select a line and then choose the option you want.

Move up

Moves the selection up one line in the Paragraph text window.

Move down

Moves the selection down one line in the Paragraph text window.

Reset order

Returns to the original arrangement of the paragraphs.
