Monitor lock down status
You can monitor the files that have been locked down, and the files with an upcoming lock down, from Working Papers and Tracker.

A reminder of the upcoming lock down and number of days remaining displays when opening the file. Files that will be locked display a Lock Down icon in the Working Papers Status bar. Hover your cursor over the icon to view the number of days remaining. |

In the Engagements pane, check the Lockdown Status column for a file. Locked files will display as Locked Down. |

In the Engagements pane, check the Lockdown Status column for a file. Locked files will display as Pending. |
Document lock down status
There are a variety of ways you can view the lock down status of each document in a file.
To check the lock down status of an individual document:
- In the Document Manager, right-click a document, then click Properties.
- On the General tab, look for the Lock Down option. If it is selected, the file will be locked down.
To filter the Document Manager by lock down status:
- Open the Document Manager tab.
- On the ribbon, click View | Filter by | Marked for Lock Down or Not Marked for Lock Down.
To view lock down status in the Document Manager:
- In the Document Manager, right-click the column header, then click Show | Lock Down.
- The Lock Down column displays. Documents with a check mark will be locked down.
