Creating Hidden Paragraphs

Position the insertion point on the paragraph you want to display or hide in the Form Mode.
On the Home tab, clickParagraph, and then click the Paragraph tab.
Under Hide, in the Action list, select the option you want to use when hiding skipped lines in the Form Mode.

To	Choose
Display the skipping paragraph in the Form Mode at all times	None
Permit the User in the Form Mode to display or hide skipped text	Hide if show button is not pressed
Hide the skipping paragraph in the Form Mode at all times	Always hide
