Error "Could not obtain information about the default printer" when opening a CaseView document

Issue
Attempting to open a CaseView document results in the error message "Could not obtain information about the default printer".
Solution
To clear this issue, you need to reset your default printer in Windows.
To reset your default printer:
- Open the Windows Control Panel.
- Click Hardware and Sound | Devices and Printers.
- Locate your default printer (marked with a green checkmark).
- Right-click any printer besides the default, then click Set as default printer.
- Right-click the original default printer and click Set as default printer.
The default printer is reset. You can now open the CaseView document as required.
