CaseView stops responding after installing a Windows update

Issue
After installing a Windows update, CaseView may stop responding when opening a document or attempting to save a document as a PDF.
Solution
Microsoft has released an update to resolve this issue. Install the update based on your current version of Windows 10.
To determine your Windows 10 version:
- Open the Windows Start menu and click Settings.
- Click System | About.
- Under Windows Specifications, check the Version.
