Adding a subtotal to the FSA Worksheet


  1. In the worksheet, position your mouse where you want the subtotal to appear. Note that the new subtotal will appear below the row over which your mouse is hovering.

  2. Right-click and choose Totals.

  3. Choose Insert New Subtotal or Insert New Total to insert a subtotal or Total row.

  4. In the Enter new subtotal name field, type the name of the subtotal. Click OK.

  5. In the FSA Names dialog, select the items that you want to include in the subtotal.

  6. Click OK. The subtotal appears under the specified row.


A subtotal or total row has been added to the FSA. To remove or edit the row, right-click and select Totals |Delete Total/Subtotal or Edit Total/Subtotal.
