Formatting The Appearance of Zero Values

1. Select the cell you want to modify.

2. On the Home tab, click Cell, and then click Numeric.

3. In the Display Zero as list, select the way you want zero values to appear when printed.

4. Click OK.

To print zero values as a	Choose
-	Dash (-)
0	Zero (and then specify number of decimals)
NIL	NIL
	Blank
N/A	N/A
nil	Nil
- -	Dashes (- -)
