The Firm Information document contains basic information about the firm that is established for the practice unit as a whole. This information automatically populates correspondence, including the engagement, representation, and management letters. Once completed in the master template, this information is replicated in all engagement files and will only require modification by engagement teams where there are multiple offices. You can also choose to add a firm logo and firm name to the footer of each document. Logos are only accessed through the master template and cannot be changed in a client file.
Note: When adding a logo, we suggest uploading a bitmap (.BMP) image file with dimensions no greater than 37x37 pixels, or 1x1 cm.
Missing or incorrect data in these letters at the client engagement level should be rectified in the firm master template.
