Found only in work program documents, the Objectives area defines the objectives for each work program. This area is optional, and can be turned off in each work program document or globally from the AO - General Options document.

You can associate objectives with audit procedures and sub procedures. Associated objectives display in a column next to the procedure.

  • To show or hide the Objectives area, select Insert List of Audit Objectives from the Areas menu. Hiding the Objectives area will not affect the associated objectives displaying in the Procedures area.
  • To delete the Objectives area and the list of objectives, right click in the Objectives area and select Delete Objectives. Deleting the Objectives area will clear the objectives displaying in the Procedures area.
  • To insert, edit, delete, or sort an objective from the Objectives area, right click and select the appropriate item.
