Showing or Hiding Guidance
The content author or your firm may add guidance to documents and procedures to assist you with completing documents. Document guidance is provided at the top of the document and provides overall guidance.
To show/hide document guidance:

From the Options menu, highlight Display Document Guidance.

A checkmark will appear beside the menu item when document guidance is on.
To show/hide all guidance in documents related to procedures and sub procedures:

In the toolbar, click the drop down to the right of , and select the desired state.
To show/hide procedure guidance associated with a specific procedure or sub procedure:

From the Document Manager, open the checklist you wish to edit.

Place your cursor on the procedure or sub procedure.

Right-click and select Procedure Guidance. You can also use the Procedures menu at the top of the checklist.

A checkmark beside the relevant area in the Procedures menu indicates that the guidance will display.
