Flat forms are simple CaseView documents in Audit that are essentially paper forms that can be filled electronically. These forms consist of drop-down boxes and input fields to answer pertinent questions throughout your audit.
- These forms can be customizable in design mode by entering the design mode password. However, to obtain the design mode password for these forms you must consent to certain conditions of use.
The update process replaces existing forms with updated forms. All responses and client documentation are maintained during this update process because all key data is stored in the database.
