Deleting a Table

  1. Position the cursor in the table to be deleted.
  2. On the Home tab, click Table, and then select Delete | Table.
  3. Click Yes to confirm that you want to delete the table.

Notes

  • If you want to delete only part of the table, in Home | Table | Delete, click Row or Column.
  • Deleting the last remaining row or column in a table deletes the entire table.
  • To quickly delete a table, right-click the table and select Delete Table.
