Specifying the firm logo and location
The firm logo can be embedded within the template or can reside on the firm's network. If the firm logo is to reside within the template, it should be placed in the template directory.
Prerequisites
To specify your firm logo, you must have access to a digitized copy of the logo.
Procedure

From the Organization Settings pane, select Logos. The Logos pane appears, and the Logo Path field displays the firm logo and its default location.
- Click the Browse button located next to the Logo Path field.
- Use the Open dialog that appears to locate the firm logo. Click Open.
- The Copy Logo dialog appears, asking you whether you want to move a copy of the logo into the template folder. Click Yes to copy your firm logo into this folder, or click No to use the folder containing your firm logo as the logo path.
- If you want to ensure that users cannot change the logo path, click the Lock
icon next to the Logo Path field.
Results
The firm logo is displayed in the financial statements and is obtained from the location specified.
