Map Numbers for the Equity Accounts

Each fund is considered similar to a partnership in that there are opening balances, contributions, and withdrawal map numbers. The fund balances should be mapped to the accounts below:

280.0001		280.0007	- Fund opening balance
280.0001.01	→	280.0007.01	- Fund contributions (transfers in)
280.0001.02		280.0007.02	- Fund withdrawals (transfers out)
