Showing the Client Initials

1. Right-click on the express menu to select to show the client initials line below the paragraph. This is particularly useful if you wish to document that a paragraph has been discussed with a client (for example the client enclosure letter advising of tax balances owing).

   

   

2. Right-click on the express menu to select to remove the client initials line below the paragraph.
