Sort Groups

Sort the 6 shareholder groups.

Page Size

Set the print page size to be letter or legal.

Show prior year T4 amounts

Show or hide the row that shows the prior year T4 amounts in each shareholder section. Any amount can be entered into this row because they are input cells. Amounts from the current year row will roll into this row when the Caseware file is rolled forward.

Column selection

Click on the buttons to toggle columns on and off. 4 Columns are enabled by default

WP Ref

Enter the working paper reference if applicable. Double-click on the reference to jump to the referenced working paper. The working paper should exist within the Document Manager for this to work.

Notes and annotations

Double-click to add notes and annotations to a line.

Shareholder Section Reset

Click to clear out data in the shareholder section.

PY T4 Amounts

Any amount can be entered into this row because they are input cells. Amounts from the current year row will roll into this row when the Caseware file is rolled forward.
