• Username and password for the myCaseware website

• Jazzit Administrator password to open unlock form mode in the KLIB modules

• A recent version of Caseware Working Papers with latest patches installed

• Active subscription to Jazzit Fundamentals

• The Caseware files: Genmst and Klib. Ensure they are not compressed.
