Procedures

Standard checklists that cover the main areas are included with the template. These checklists can be modified to address issues within a specific engagement. In certain engagements, you may need to create a custom checklist to address specific areas. If you need to create a new checklist, see Creating New Checklists.

Note:

  • If the content author has locked all procedure customization, you will not have the option to modify the checklists.

  • When copying a procedure, cells, annotations and other objects will not be copied over.

Once the checklist is opened, the procedures can be modified in the following ways:

  • Adding – adding procedures from content library, adding new procedures / sub procedures and importing procedures
  • Editing – modifying existing procedures, sorting and insert page breaks
  • Deleting – deleting procedures and sub procedures, and reviewing deleted procedures

This online help system applies to all CaseWare Audit, Review, and Compilation products. Not all features are available in all products.
