Checking for updated document guidance or conclusions
Document guidance or conclusion text may also have been modified by the content author.
To check for updated document guidance or conclusions in a work program or checklist:
Open the work program or checklist.
The work program or checklist opens with the status of the document guidance or the conclusion area. Details are displayed showing the status of whether the content is "Up-to-date" or "Out-of-date".
If the areas are up-to date, no further work is required. Return to the top menu, select Document, and clear Check for Updates.
If the area indicates it is out-of-date, click . Compare the content in your current program to the updated version. To update the content, select Update beside each area you want to update.
After each area is reviewed, return to the top menu, select Document and clear Check for Updates.
