Image Annotation Dialog
Use this dialog to create an image annotation within an image or PDF document.

Reference
None
Select if there is no reference to be added to the image.
Document Reference
Select an applicable document reference from the list.
Tips:
- To add multiple document reference annotations quickly, select the documents from the Document Manager and copy the documents. Right-click the Annotation column in the automatic document and select
. - To collapse all folder hierarchy, hold down the shift key and click the arrow on the first folder.
Manual Reference
Select Manual Reference from the list. Enter a reference number or name in the field that appears to the right of the selection.
If the reference entered is an existing document number, the annotation acts like a document reference. If a document is subsequently created with the same number as the reference, the annotation will be linked to the document automatically and clicking the line will act like a document reference.
Hyperlink
Select this option to create a hyperlink within the image. Clicking on the hyperlink launches the associated document. For more information on hyperlink, view Hyperlink Reference Dialog.
New Document
Select this option to create a new document in the Document Manager and a document reference within the image.
Show as text box
Select to display the note annotation as a text box ( 
) rather than in-line.
Transparent
Select to display the note annotation as a transparent text box with a grey border (
).
