Batch PDF Export Dialog

Select to display a PDF export set.

Click to create a new export set. Export sets are saved templates that can be named, configured, saved and reused.

Click to edit the Export set description.

Click to delete the Export set description.

Select from the list of available documents on the Document Manager. Documents selected for inclusion in a PDF document will display a red check.

Select to filter the list of documents to choose from.

Displays the selected documents from the Select Document(s) pane for export. To reorder the contents, drag the individual documents into the applicable order.

When the tree is collapsed, click the expand arrow ( ) to view the documents contained in each proposed PDF document.

Click to create a new PDF document ( ). Quick Reference

Click to open the PDF Document Properties dialog.

Type a name for the resulting export file.

Select to display the document number alongside the name of the document as the bookmark.

Select to merge multiple PDF into one single PDF document.

Select to enable PDF security options. Available options include: 

• Owner Password - Type a password to unlock full function of the PDF file.
  • Confirm Password - Type the same password to ensure it is free of typographical errors.
  • Use Password - Select to grant access to users with the same password or one that is unique
• Enable Printing - Select to allow users to print the PDF.
• Allow Document Modification - Select to allow users to edit the PDF.
• Enable copying text and graphics- Select to allow users to copy text and graphics from the document.
• Enable modifying notes - Select to allow users to modify the document notes.

Click to export the PDF document created in the PDF document pane.
