Compare Knowledge Library links to their source
You can determine which content has been updated between a Knowledge Library link and its source using visual comparison. Visual comparison allows you to directly modify content in the "Current content" pane to match the source Knowledge Library and gives you the option to keep any changes (such as notes to the financial statements) after they have been updated from content stored in the Knowledge Library.
To compare Knowledge Library links to their source:
- On the ribbon, click Document | Compare.
- In the Compare dialog, select Compare Knowledge Library Links to their source. Click Finish.
- The Section Comparison Results dialog displays. Select a section to compare and click Visual Compare.
