Enter a description for the selected area.

Allow insertion of sections with copy level

This option pertains to the current section. For example, if you are editing Auto Text properties, this section pertains to the auto copy text. If you are editing the document properties, the section pertains to the currently selected document section.

Select a level from 1 to 99. When inserting auto copy text, this value must correspond to the value in the Copy Level box of the section being copied. For example, if you are working in the Auto Copy Text window and specify 3 here, this does not pertain to the document. Once the auto copy text is copied to the document, sections with Copy Level 3 can be inserted into this section.

Copy level

The copy level assigned to the auto copy text must match the value entered into the Allow Insertion of Sections With Copy Level box in the document section. Enter a Copy Level from 1 to 99.

Include this section in copies

Select this option to include the section assigned to the auto copy text when the section is copied to the document. If you do not select this option, the auto copy text acquires the properties of the document section when it is inserted into the document.

Renumber cells

Select this option to specify cell-renumbering attributes for the cells in the auto copy text. For example, cells that are part of the auto copy text can be renumbered each time they are copied to the document. Auto copy text can be copied to the document more than once.

Renumber all cell references

Select any renumbering options for existing cell numbers.

Click the Pick Cell button to launch the Cell Picker dialog.

Select new cell number block

Enter new starting and ending cell numbers for cells in the auto copy text. This option renumbers cells in the auto copy text before inserting them into the document.

Click the Pick Cell button to launch the Cell Picker dialog.

User Input

If applicable, the user can input values.

• Prompt

  If applicable, enter text that will appear in a message box when the user selects to copy a section of auto copy text.

• Data mask

  If applicable, enter an expression or password. When prompted by the message, the user must supply the correct value in order to continue with the auto copy process.
