Top of Page Before

When a paragraph is the first paragraph in the main body of a page, set the space to use here. Often the space needed must be set specially to separate the first paragraph from headers and carry forwards.

This property is not used if the paragraph

  • is not in the main body because it's a header or footer, etc.;

  • is in a table;

  • is not the first paragraph in a page; or

  • value is set to Automatic.

In all those cases the normal Space Before value is used.

After

Double
