Filtering Annotations in Automatic Documents
You can filter the annotations to remove tickmarks or references by using the dBase Filter field in the Automatic Document Properties dialog.
Procedures
- Right-click the document in the Document Manager. The Automatic Document Properties dialog opens.

In the dBase Filter box, type:
INANN("R", "", "AM") = 0 & INANN("T","", "AM") = 0
Where...
- R represents Reference and T represents Tickmark
- " " represents a blank ID to return all tickmarks and references.
- AM represents the alias of the database. (AM for Trial Balance and GL for Journal Entries)
- Click OK.
Results
Hides all tickmarks or reference type annotations on the accounts in the automatic document.
