- While in the Fortune1000 client file, from the main menu choose Utilities.
- Choose Export to Lotus 1-2-3.

Saving the file in an ASCII text file format
- Open Microsoft Excel.
- From the File menu, click Open.
- In the Files of Type box, select Text Files (*.prn; *.text; *.csv).
- Select the name of the export file you want to open and click Open.
- Follow the Text Import Wizard to import the file into Microsoft Excel.
- Under Delimiters, select Other and enter a quotation.
- Make any modifications to the file to ensure that Working Papers can import it as an ASCII text file. Make sure that each field is in a separate column and that any heading lines are removed.
- On the File menu, click Save As.
- In the Save as Type box, select CSV (comma delimited) (*.csv) and then click Save.
-
On the File menu, click Exit.
