Navigating with the Mouse

Selecting multiple items

To select a range of items adjacent to each other:

1. Click to highlight the first item.
2. Hold the SHIFT key and click the last item. The range of items is highlighted.

To select items that aren’t adjacent:

1. Click to highlight the first item.
2. Hold the CTRL key and click on the other items.

Note: Selecting an item without pressing CTRL or SHIFT clears all previous selections.

Selecting a group of lines using the mouse  

Click to the left of the first line in the range and drag to the last line in the range.

Shuffling a line or group of lines up or down

Use the Shuffle Up and Shuffle Down command to move items on the Document Manager, Report setup, and certain automatic documents.
