Repackage

If any customizations have been made to the master template, the Repackage function must be run and the resulting template package (.cwp) file must be distributed to your Users and installed on their workstations. Customizations include changes to procedures, documents, mappings/groupings, settings, etc. The Repackage installation file includes the master template, the content library, and all the necessary files required for the installation. Copying selected files to individual computers may cause the template to work improperly.

Prior to repackaging, ensure that all customizations have been completed. You may consider specifying any additional firm specific documents in the Document Manager for inclusion in the repackaged installation.

Since the Repackage file contains the entire template, repackaging can be used to back up the template during the authoring process. You can manually add the time and date to the file name to keep multiple back ups.
