Style Organizer Dialog

Use this dialog to organize, move and manage styles. More than one style can be selected at a time by holding Ctrl while selecting.

Styles available in

Displays the name of the file containing the list of styles. By default, the current document is selected, but this can be changed by browsing for a document using the drop-down list. A new style sheet can be created by selecting New Style Sheet and entering a name for the file in the file dialog that opens.

Style List (left side)

Lists the styles in the document listed just above the text box. The styles display in a tree hierarchy so the user can see the relationship between related styles. The relationship of styles to each other can be changed in the Format style dialog. See Changing the Format of a Style by Using the Style Sheet Command.

Copy

Copies the selected style from one file to the other listed. If the style already exists in the destination file, CaseView prompts if you want to override it.

Delete

Deletes the selected style from the document indicated. The style called Normal cannot be deleted. If the style selected is in use in the document, CaseView prompts the user to select a style to replace the one being deleted.

Rename

Allows the selected style to be renamed. The style called Normal cannot be renamed.

Styles available in

Displays details of the settings defining the selected style.
