The following describes the fields in the SH (Document Manager) database.

A1 4 characters right aligned Initials of User 1
A2 4 characters right aligned Initials of User 2

AC_FROM 40 characters centered Account from for filtering of certain automatic reports
AC_TO 40 characters centered Account to for filtering of certain automatic reports
AC1 through to AC8 - For internal purposes only. Stores a generated checksum (a value representing the current state of the document) when a role is being signed of (e.g., if signing off role 1, then a checksum value is written to AC1). This value is used internally by the history/milestone system for doing document change comparisons.
ACCESS 4 characters right aligned Employee number who can access document (not used)
ACT_TYPE 1 character, left aligned Type of account. S for Cash Flow, P for Performance Measure, " " (space) for Financial.

AMTCHG 1 character Indicates whether the amount change column is displayed(Y or N).
ANFLG 1 character right aligned And flag for variance analysis threshold AND/OR property.Returns 1 for OR and 0 for AND.
ARCHIVE 1 character left aligned (Y or N) whether document will be archived during a client file Archive operation
ARRANGE 1 character left aligned Auto arrange numbers on the document (Y or N)
B_PRT 1 character centered Flag for batch printing (Y, N or blank)
BALTYPE 1 characters left aligned Balance type
CREATEDON 14 characters Marks date and time record was created.
CVDIST 4 characters left aligned CaseView distributor code (hidden)
CVGROUP 12 characters left aligned CaseView Group
CVID 8 characters left aligned Code for the identifier for a CaseView document
CWDATE 14 characters Marks date and time of database changes.
CWGUID 22 characters Unique identifier, created when the record is appended.
DATE_FROM 8 characters in date format Date From for filtering of certain automatic reports
DATE_TO 8 characters in date format Date To for filtering of certain automatic reports
DELETED 14 characters Marks date and time record was deleted.
DGN 10 characters centered Document Index - display code
DISCRETE 1 characters left aligned Whether balance is discrete to a single period or YTD (N)
ENTITY 40 characters left aligned Code for the entity in a consolidated file
EXINFO 10 characters Memo used for reports
FE 1 character centered Foreign exchange translation to be displayed on the document
GROUP 1 character left aligned The grouping type to display on the report, which can be S for L/S, G for Group 2, H for Group 3, I for Group 4, M for Map No, T for Tax Code, A for Account, and D for Report
H1 50 characters left aligned Heading 1 for automatic type documents
H2 50 characters left aligned Heading 2 for automatic type documents
INITIALS 1 character centered Location of preparer and reviewer initials, which can be T for Top, B for bottom, and blank for Use default
LINENO 6 digits right aligned Line number or the order in which the document was entered. The numbers in the database start at 1000.
MASK 40 characters left aligned Group number or wildcard when creating documents such as leadsheets or grouping schedules
MEMO 10 character centered Extended Description
NAME 2 characters left aligned Code for the type of automatic document being created (non CaseView documents only)
ORIENT 1 character left aligned Landscape printing (Y)
OTHER 200 characters centered Filter information for external document links and automatic documents
PARENTONLY 1 character left aligned Limits number to parent entity only (N)
PERIOD 3 characters Period Type
PRG 2 characters, centered External Program module. That means the program used to access the document, which is by default AC. If you create an external program, this would represent the program name.
RND 1 character centered Rounding code for financial statement documents, which can be D for currencies, T for thousands of currencies, M for millions of currencies, and blank for no rounding
ROLL 1 character left aligned For internal purposes only. (Y or N) whether document will be rolled forward during a Year End Close

TYPE 1 character left aligned Document Type, which can be A for automatic, F for CaseView, H for folder, M for manual, and E for external document link.
